We all have an innate wisdom that can get lost along the way—therapy can help us find our way back.”.

Adriana is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and authenticity. She works with teens and adults, facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, eating and feeding disorders, and issues related to multicultural identity. She is also affirming and experienced in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients.

Adriana earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and is now pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She values lifelong learning and sees her doctoral studies as another way to deepen her understanding and bring fresh perspectives, research, and tools to the clients she serves.

Adriana describes her style as collaborative and holistic: “I believe therapy is a space to reconnect with your true self and discover new possibilities for growth.” She integrates CBT, ACT, somatic and trauma-focused therapies, attachment theory, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. She often incorporates relational and skills-based approaches to strengthen communication. “My hope is always to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can feel understood, build resilience, and move toward healing.”
