Ralph is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has worked in the field for over 30 years. He has a wide variety of experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, grief, PTSD, and trauma. Ralph has specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which is highly regarded in dealing with these issues. He also uses other perspectives, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Reality Therapy and Existential Therapy. He knows it’s very important to truly listen for what each client needs and then uses the approach that best meets their situation.

Ralph has master’s degrees in both Counseling Psychology and Pastoral Studies. Many of his clients find it helpful to work with someone who has this unique background because it strengthens his ability to address a wide variety of issues and people. Ralph’s approach helps clients develop more self-awareness. He provides them tools to address life challenges such as stress, anxiety, and loneliness. He also provides clients with a new perspective in dealing with trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss. Ralph helps clients to explore life’s bigger questions such as “who am I?“ and “where am I going?“.
