Jackie Antoniolli, LPC

Jackie Antoniolli is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has experience from a variety of backgrounds, including community mental health and private practice settings. Her focus is on teens, adults, and couples. She works with issues including stress and anxiety, depression, relationships, and women’s issues. Jackie says that “Therapy is definitely not a one size fits all. I strive to make sure each client feels heard and seen as an individual. I look for patterns that keep showing up in their lives, and the roots of those patterns, to help develop insights and solutions that align with their goals and values”.

Her style is warm and engaging, utilizing a bit of humor and a strong desire to make the therapeutic experience comfortable and safe for each person. She uses a combination of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma-informed therapy.

Jackie believes in the power of the mind-body connection which can help clients to gain a greater awareness of themselves. She can help them identify their body signals, including such things as headaches and muscle tension. Recognizing these signals can empower them to identify difficult thoughts and emotions and assist in moving through them. Jackie also works with clients to build habits like breathing techniques and nature walks. These habits can enhance the positive effects of therapy as well as improve mood and energy levels. She is available to do walk and talk therapy with clients who are open to it.

Jackie says that “My overall goal is to help my clients gain a sense of clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them”. If you feel that she would be a good fit, give Martin Therapy Group a call and you can get started working with Jackie soon!
