His warm, direct style engages his clients quickly to help them formulate a plan of action to alleviate their feelings of frustration and hopelessness. He believes that “recovery from anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma is possible. The work that I do is about regaining hope when things feel at their worst and being able to create meaningful changes in your life”.
Don enjoys working with clients utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavorial Therapy (DBT).
Don knows that taking the step to work with a therapist can truly be life changing. “The benefit of speaking with a therapist is that you get a completely objective view, unlike speaking with friends or family. It’s important to find a therapist you can relate to and who can help you change your life for the better.” Give us call today to schedule your appointment!
