Therapy is not about having everything figured out. It’s about having a place to start.”.

Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, school and social concerns, substance use, and life transitions. With younger clients, she has a natural ability to build trust and meet kids where they are — helping them navigate big feelings, social struggles, and the everyday pressures of growing up. She also works well with clients of any age who feel stuck or overwhelmed and are looking for a space to better understand themselves and move forward.

With over 10 years of experience across inpatient, residential, and correctional settings, Brittany brings a strong clinical foundation and deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. She is trained in EMDR — a powerful therapeutic approach proven effective for trauma, but also highly beneficial for anxiety, depression, panic, and grief.

Brittany believes meaningful therapy begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship. She works hard to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and free to be themselves. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual, helping clients build insight, recognize patterns, and develop practical tools for change. She values honesty, authenticity, and even humor in the therapy process.

“My role is not to tell someone who they should be,” Brittany says. “It’s to help them better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.”

If you think Brittany may be a good fit, Martin Therapy Group is here to help.
