Therapy is not about having everything figured out. It’s about having a place to start.”.

Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, school and social concerns, substance use, and life transitions. She also works well with clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed and are looking for a space to better understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity.

With over 10 years of experience, Brittany has worked in a range of settings, including inpatient, residential, and correctional environments. Her background includes diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, and both individual and group therapy. These experiences have given her a strong clinical foundation and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support.

Brittany believes meaningful therapy begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship. She works hard to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and free to be themselves. “I want people to feel like they can come in as they are,” she says, “without pressure, without judgment, and without feeling like they have to have all the answers.”

Her approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual. Brittany integrates evidence-based strategies into her work while recognizing that each person’s needs, history, and goals are different. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she helps clients build insight, recognize patterns, and develop practical tools for change.

She values honesty, authenticity, and humor in the therapy process, and she aims to meet clients at their own pace. “My role is not to tell someone who they should be,” Brittany says. “It’s to help them better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.”

If you think Brittany may be a good fit for you, Martin Therapy Group would be glad to help you get started.
