My counselor through Martin therapy group has been absolutely amazing through the years!!I initially began counseling because I was getting my Master’s in Counseling and I wanted to have the ‘patient experience’ of going to counseling as well as talk through some family and anxiety issues. I was expecting my sessions to help but I never expected them to change so much about the way I think & approach things in every aspect of my life.
